At Amethyst, our weekly live stations add a different rhythm to the evening, bringing guests closer to the aromas, ingredients and traditions behind some much-loved Asian dishes.
Tuesday: Indian Night
Every Tuesday evening, the Indian Night Live Station brings the distinctive warmth and fragrance of Indian cuisine to Amethyst.
Among the dishes to discover is Tandoori Chicken Tikka, prepared with Indian spices, fresh garlic and ginger and served alongside garlic naan bread. For a vegetarian alternative, Paneer Bhurji combines paneer cheese with onion, tomato, bell pepper, chillies and garlic, accompanied by naan.
Rich spices, freshly prepared ingredients and the atmosphere of live cooking make Tuesday evenings an invitation to slow down and enjoy the experience around the table.

Thursday: Noodle Night
Thursday evenings take us closer to home with a Traditional Thai Noodle Soup Live Station.
Choose between a light pork or chicken broth, complemented by noodles, bean sprouts and fresh garnishes. Simple, comforting and deeply connected to everyday Thai food culture, each bowl can be enjoyed just the way you like it.
It is an informal taste of Thailand and another reason to spend a little more time around the table at Amethyst.
