Booking and Cancellation Policy:

No-shows
In case of no shows, the deposit is non-refundable or a minimum charge of 1 night applies (for Green and High seasons) and total stay (for peak season). This can be varied depending on the periods you book.  Please check the policy when you book your room(s).

Early check-out
In case of early check-out, guests is required to pay an early check-out charge equivalent to one extra night.

Cancellations
1. Cancellations for Low Season (Now – 31 Oct’ 09 and 1 Apr’ 10 – 31 Oct’ 10 ), can be made at least 7 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 1 night.
2.Cancellations for High Season ( 1 Nov’ 09 – 20 Dec’ 09 and 11 Jan’ 10 – 31 Mar’ 10), can be made at least 14 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 1 night.
3.Cancellations for Peak Season (21 Dec’ 09 - 10 Jan’ 10), can be made at least 21 days prior to guest's arrival date,  penalty 100% of the total stay.

Credit Cards
we accepts the following credit cards, Visa, and Master Card.

Child Policy
- Baby cot will be provided FREE of Charge for infants aged 0 - 2 years.
- Child under age of 12 years, sharing the same room with parents not requiring an extra bed, ABF is payable @ THB 250.-
- Child sharing the same room with parents requiring an extra bed, an extra bed costs THB 800.-

Compulsory Gala Dinner
There is a compulsory gala dinner:
On the night of 24th  December. Adult @ THB 3,500.- net and child @ THB 1,750.- net.
On the night of 31st December. Adult @ THB 4,500.- net and child @ THB 2,250.- net.

Airport Transfer Rates:
Hotel Private Van: THB 1,500.- per way (max. 3 persons)
